Excellent workability
1.The Water Gas will provide you with more good workability
than any other gases for all kinds of heat processing
including welding, as compared with the conventional Oxy-
LPG and Oxy- Acetylene.>
2.Because Water Gas is carbonless. Its flame is
concentrated, chastity and sootless. It offers unique
adventages for brazing, soldering, jewelry workings, glass
processing, acrylic processing, mock-up making, art
working, and so forth.>
3.Water Gas generates high purity and high temperature as
pin point flame. The flame is straight and speedy, and
therefore, has unique heat concentration characteristics.
It allows accurate work precision time savings, also
neither discoloration nor materials torsion due to
excessive heat. When cutting steel products it enables fast
preheat, resulting in faster cutting and very clean cutting
surface.>
4.Being clean energy, Water Gas is adequate to be used
inside closed space. For example, welders who have been
brazing thousands of pieces of refrigerator pipe have been
suffering from migraine headaches. But since Acetylene gas
was substituted by the Water Gas, those health problems
have disappeared.
4. Features Of Water Gas
Non-environmental pollution
The Water Gas is created from water after combustion. It
evaporats to the state of steam after combustion, so that
it prevents air pollution problem. As you may notice in a
combustion equation (2H2 + O2 --> 2H2O), the Water Gas does
not contain carbon unlike conventional fossil fuels. After
combustion, it does not generate soot and carbon dioxide.
Complete combustion
The Water Gas mixture is composed of a chemical equivalent
ratio hydrogen to oxygen 2 : 1. Accordingly, Water Gas
contains the necessary amount of oxygen to generate a
neutral flame which can be completely combusted without any
additional external oxygen supply.
When using Water Gas, there is no need of a gas cylinder
and Water Gas enables a pleasant heating without
dissipation of indoor oxygen.
Thermonuclear reaction
The flame has the unique property of generating both atomic
and molecular reaction between H and O. The atomic hydrogen
(H) and oxygen (O) penetrate into the atomic nucleus of the
object being heated. Therefore, The thermonuclear reaction
of the object with the H and O produces a far hotter flame
than the gases alone combusting in the air. As the Water
Gas cause a different thermonuclear reaction each other
according to the materials, it is possible to weld between
brick and steel.
Implosion (Non-explosion)
Water Gas generator produces approximately 1860 litres of
Water Gas from one litre of water.
When this volume of Water Gas is ignited in an airtight
receptacle using a spark for 44 microsecond, the pressure
increases up to a maximum of 0.5MPa and then drops down
very rapidly.
The pressure drop causes an implosion and a vacuum state
with volume reduction by 1/1860.
The original one litre of water is produced again and the
rest of the volume is vacuumized. This phenomena is
explained as Implosion totally different concept from
Explosion.
